Common questions that arise on or pre-job discussion
What could be causing the leak?
Broken tiles. Torn felt. Some houses have cement based render which can crack over time and water can ingress into the property. These are just a few common issues.
Do you offer guarantees/warranty?
All worked is guaranteed. With regards to materials used, manufacturers warranty will cover certain issues dependent on conditions and installation. Common exemptions due to natural occurring weather disasters, unauthorised modifications etc can result in the warranty being voided.
Workmanship warranties can be from 1 to 10 years dependent on materials used, issues may be rectified after inspection.
We also offer extended warranties. Please discuss this with the workman prior to any work being carried out.
Will you tidy that mess?
We aim to be tidy and clear up at the end of the day. Skip arrangements or rubbish removals can be organised as part of quote. General tidying of the workspace and surrounding areas is maintained to improve workability, safety and hazards.
